Senior Health & Wellness Fair

EVENT OFFERED BY ELGIN COMMUNITY COLLEGE:
Prioritize your well-being, and we’ll see you at the Senior Health & Wellness Fair this spring! This free community event welcomes older adults - from wellness warriors to those beginning a journey toward a healthier lifestyle and everyone in between - as well as those who love or provide care for older adults. The day features:

• Complimentary health screenings for blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose levels
• Dietary and nutrition consultations
• Service agencies and organizations offering services for aging adults
• Educational sessions - navigating healthcare resources, preventive care and more
• Connect with local senior clubs, support groups and community organizations
