180 Red Fit is a fully immersive group workout experience that combines sight, sound, and sweat. Our unique three-part workout is made up of Resistance, Cardio, and a 180 Second Finisher. Professional trainers lead each workout to bring you a stimulating and enjoyable group exercise experience that delivers results.

Our studio offers classes led by a certified personal trainer and tailored so that anyone, regardless of age, and fitness level, can succeed.
Our trainers offer variations on exercises so you can participate at a level that feels achievable for you while also pushing your individual limits. Each workout will include resistance, cardio and a 180 second finisher to challenge all levels. Every workout will be different to keep it fresh and exciting. If you need any modifications, our trainers will be able to adjust the workout to make sure you are still challenged but within your limits.

At 180 Red Fit, we use heart rate monitoring to help you dive into your workout data. Heart rate monitoring helps us control your individual intensity so that you can maximize your results during a workout. It also allows our trainers to motivate you to be at different heart rate levels during a workout to keep accountability.
