Un-Wined Yoga with the Young Professionals

Join the Bartlett Area Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals for a free yoga class at Balance Family Chiropractic and a glass of wine! Instructor Amy Bunton from Bloom Yoga and Wellness Center in Bartlett will be leading a 45 minute yoga practice. Don't worry if you've never done yoga before - this class is open to all levels. Stick around after class for a glass of wine and some networking! It's a great way to meet new people. Amy will also offer passes for everyone to try another class at Bloom Wellness Center.

Note: Please bring your own Yoga Mat. Contact the Chamber office in advance if you are unable to do so!
