Colleen is a licensed clinical social worker, therapist, and the owner and director of Health and Healing Therapy. She has been providing counseling and therapy services to adolescents, adults, couples, and families for the past 29 years. She is also a clinical consultant for the Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Substance Use and Prevention Services. Health and Healing Therapy is a counseling and psychotherapy practice in Bartlett, Illinois that helps children, teens, adults, families, and couples create a life they want and deserve for themselves and those they love. Our mission is to help the members of our community Grow, Heal, and Thrive.
Our care focuses on helping:
⦁ Children, Teens, & Adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, eating disorders, adoption issues, LGBTQ
concerns, stress from school, work, relationships and/or parenting.
⦁ Kids & Teens who struggle with peer relationships, impulse control, anger management, self-esteem, depression and anxiety.
⦁ Teens and Adults who struggle with complex effects from childhood trauma, recent trauma, or having someone in their family who struggles with addiction.
⦁ Adults who are challenged with health conditions, chronic pain, and/or chronic illness.
⦁ Adults who are struggling with problem and compulsive gambling.
⦁ Couples who struggle with feeling disconnected, misunderstood, alone, unsupported, and have since grown apart.
