Brown Bag Education 01/13 - ECC Small Business Development Center
The Illinois Small Business Development Center is part of a national organization of 1,000 special lists and counselors with about 35 located in Illinois. Sybil Ege, Director of the ECC Small Business Development Center will present information on services and programs offered to local small businesses through ECC. She will address the following areas:
* Financial analysis and planning
* Buy/Sell assistance
* Budgeting
* Developing plans and financial projections for acquiring funding or investment
* Assessing the functional effectiveness of an organization
* Market evaluation
* Exploring options for growth
* Francising
