DESCRIPTION:As a Leader College\, Elgin Community College is offering Leadership Seminars this fall to employees of any business\, industry\, health care\, and service organizations who are tasked with further developing their leadership skills.  Seminars are offered in partnership with Bartlett Area Chambers of Commerce.  \n\nThis seminar is focused on teaching leaders to diagnose the needs of an individual or a team and then use the appropriate leadership style to respond to the needs of the person\, team and the situation. \n\nAudience:\n\nExecutives\, managers\, or supervisors in leadership roles who want to increase their effectiveness.
