Research shows that music has a profound effect on both your physical and mental health. For more than a decade\, talented musicians from the Elgin Symphony have shared the power of music each week via the Musicians Care program. We also offer therapeutic music for individualized patient care\, which improves healing\, self-expression and communication\, reduces anxiety and stress\, and helps manage Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease.
